Either I'm less-read than I thought or people just don't gather much these days. Either way, with only five entrants, I cold have just drawn a name from a hat, but to be completely fair (and perfectly random) I went ahead with Random.org's Integer Generator. {Of course, this tool involves inputting numbers, so it took me two tries to figure out which numbers went where, but I'm sure you'll not fault me for my mathematical inadequacies. Thank you.}
